Humid circumstances were predicted to continue along large portions of the state's eastern regions this next several days as a weather pattern continued to draw in moisture against the coastal areas.

The following day was expected to become the heaviest precipitation period, with continued storm activity expected across multiple regions of both regions.

Medical authorities cautioned that there was an increased chance of weather-related respiratory issues across the northern rural areas, particularly given the current weather patterns.
